Job Description:
We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution with clarity and accountability. This role goes beyond project tracking — it requires strategic alignment, structured thinking, stakeholder influence, and delivery discipline.
You will own end-to-end program governance, ensure business outcomes are achieved, manage interdependencies, and create visibility across leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Define program vision, scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Translate business priorities into structured roadmaps and execution plans.
- Identify interdependencies across teams and ensure synchronized delivery.
Execution & Governance
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and review cadences.
- Track milestones, risks, budgets, and KPIs across multiple projects.
- Ensure timelines are met without compromising quality or stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
- Present program status, insights, and escalations to executive leadership.
Operational Excellence
- Build scalable processes and playbooks for repeatable success.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize execution efficiency.
- Lead post-program reviews and capture learnings.
Team Leadership
- Guide project managers and cross-functional contributors.
- Foster accountability, ownership, and structured execution culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Strategic Operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-stream, cross-functional programs.
- Strong understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
