Position Details

 Role: Sales Coordinator / Back Office Executive

 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

 Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any stream)

 Gender Preference: Open for Male and Female candidates

 Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

 Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

 Budget: ₹ 4,80,000 Annual CTC (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve coordination, support, and operational assistance for the sales team to ensure smooth execution of all sales processes. Major tasks include:

 Managing client communications and providing customer support.

 Preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining records.

 Handling sales leads, updating CRM, and assisting in lead qualification and allocation.

 Tracking and following up on payments and order status.

 Coordinating internally with the operations, project, and service teams.

 Supporting sales engineers with reports, proposals, and on-field coordination.

 Daily monitoring of tasks and ensuring smooth execution of the sales pipeline.
