Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to handle and grow our e-commerce business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, and Zepto. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing platform relationships, and executing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key e-commerce accounts and drive sales growth
• Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and visibility optimization
• Coordinate inventory and avoid stock-outs
• Track competition and market trends
• Analyze data and improve conversion and ROI
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of e-commerce experience (preferably FMCG)
• Hands-on experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller/vendor panels
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of online sales metrics
