Role Overview

We are looking for a Consultant / Advisor – Banking Partnerships Head to drive strategic partnerships with Banks and NBFCs, managing the full lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard bank/NBFC partners
• Drive partnership discussions and closure of commercials
• Coordinate across partner teams (business, risk, compliance, ops)
• Manage documentation, approvals, and onboarding processes
• Support product/tech integration planning with partners
• Ensure smooth go-live and post-launch partner management
• Track progress and ensure timely execution of partnership milestones

Requirements

• 20-40 years of experience in banking/fintech partnerships or lending ecosystem
• Strong understanding of bank/NBFC processes and decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience negotiating commercial and operational terms
• Ability to drive execution independently in a fast-paced environment
