Sales Manager – North American Market (Remote)

Drazle Inc. is a construction material distribution company serving North American businesses. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, results-oriented professionals who want to grow in international markets.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role focused on sales generation and business development in Canada & the USA.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building a strong pipeline
  • Actively reaching out to prospects
  • Closing deals and driving revenue

Note: This role requires working in North American time zones (evening/night shifts in India).

What You’ll Do

  • Generate sales through cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Close deals and meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Develop business across North American markets
  • Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of overseas sales experience (North America preferred)
  • Proven experience in closing deals and generating revenue
  • Strong cold calling experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent conversational English
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Access to laptop/PC and stable internet
