Sales Manager – North American Market (Remote)
Drazle Inc. is a construction material distribution company serving North American businesses. We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven, results-oriented professionals who want to grow in international markets.
Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role focused on sales generation and business development in Canada & the USA.
You will be responsible for:
- Building a strong pipeline
- Actively reaching out to prospects
- Closing deals and driving revenue
Note: This role requires working in North American time zones (evening/night shifts in India).
What You’ll Do
- Generate sales through cold calling and outbound outreach
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Close deals and meet/exceed revenue targets
- Develop business across North American markets
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Maintain long-term client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of overseas sales experience (North America preferred)
- Proven experience in closing deals and generating revenue
- Strong cold calling experience (mandatory)
- Excellent conversational English
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Access to laptop/PC and stable internet
