Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing/Sales Engineer specializing in KSB pumps. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling KSB pump products, providing technical support, building strong client relationships, and handling inquiries related to products and services. The role involves identifying client requirements, making technical presentations, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively promote and sell KSB pump products to clients.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support related to engineering products, with the ability to address client concerns and inquiries.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of fluid mechanics, pump systems, or related technical domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role. Prior experience in the pump or engineering sector is an added advantage.
