Responsibilities:
Teach children in the age group of 4 to 14 online.
Ensure that students enjoy the course!
Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
Conduct group and private lessons as required.
Provide a fun and creative learning environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Formal education in Music (theory) or Guitar.
✔️ Strong subject knowledge in Guitar.
✔️ Experience in teaching Guitar.
✔️ Relevant teaching experience (1+ years).
✔️ Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!
✔️ Good English communication skills.
✔️ Must have experience in online teaching.
✔️ Comfortable teaching children.
✔️ Ability to engage students in learning.
✔️ Passion for making learning fun and interactive.
Technical Requirements:
A properly functioning laptop/desktop with a strong internet connection.
Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted sessions.
Work Schedule:
⏰ 6 Days a week.
⏰ Available to work 4, 6, or 8 hours a day, with weekend availability.
⏰Comfortable working in US/UAE time zones (for global learners).

Salary structure is as follows;
Salary Standard for 3 AM – 7 AM
1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs. 100 /- per demo
26-60 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee:
Month 1: 6000 INR
Month 2: 12000 INR
Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR
Salary Standard for normal hrs 12PM – 4PM
1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo
26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo
You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day
