Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Visual Story, Motion, And Daily Execution
We’ve met a lot of “designers” who can make things look pretty. That’s nice, but not enough for us.
At One Digital, we want someone who can own the visual narrative end-to-end – from raw idea to final reel. Someone who understands design, motion, and brand, and can translate abstract thoughts into sharp, memorable visuals. You should be as comfortable editing a film as you are designing a carousel – and you should care deeply about grids, typography, transitions, and timing.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading visual design and edits for multiple design and lifestyle brands across social, web, and campaigns
- Owning the visual language, look-and-feel, and motion style for brands (Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, films, and presentations)
- Designing posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and layouts optimised for different platforms and formats
- Editing videos: reels, short films, brand AVs, case-study videos, mood edits, and behind-the-scenes content
- Collaborating with content, strategy, and founders to convert ideas and scripts into strong visual narratives
- Creating and refining master templates, brand kits, and design systems for consistency across assets
- Working closely with photographers and videographers (or using client-provided footage) to stitch compelling stories
- Preparing final exports in multiple formats, sizes, and ratios for different platforms and placements
- Maintaining organised project files, asset libraries, and edit versions so the team can find what they need quickly
✅ You’re Built For This If You…
- Have 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or studio experience strongly preferred)
- Are fluent with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools like FCP, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, etc.)
- Have a strong portfolio that shows:
- Brand design for social media (carousels, stories, highlight covers, grids)
- Video edits for reels, Instagram films, and brand stories
- Understanding of layout, typography, colour, and hierarchy
- Understand how to visualise a clear narrative – from moodboard, to storyboard, to first cut, to final export
- Can take a content calendar or script and propose visual directions, transitions, and formats instead of just “executing”
- Are comfortable iterating: trying multiple versions, refining edits, and polishing the last 5% of quality that most people ignore
- Can work with feedback: listening, asking the right questions, and pushing back with logic when required
- Stay updated on visual and reel trends, but know when to follow them and when to build something more timeless
- Are organised – you can manage multiple projects, follow versioning, name files properly, and deliver on deadlines
- Have a strong grasp of how design and video behave differently on Instagram vs LinkedIn vs websites
