We are looking for an International Sales Operation Executive on a permanent basis. Prior experience in Sales & Marketing or Shipping, Maritime Industry will be an advantage. College graduates, freshers with relevant educational backgrounds may also apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1) Sales Operation and Customer support
2) Market research and generate new sales lead from the region
3) Coordinate with operation team for delivery of services to clients.
4) Customer Communication, sales enquiries and order management.
5) End to end customer service coordination.
Skills Required
1) Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
2) Self-driven and motivated. The candidate should be able to work with minimum supervision from remote, and ready to travel in neighboring countries.
3) Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Studies, majoring in Sales/Marketing/ Finance/Accounting/International Business/Information Management, etc.
4) Good team player, able to work with a multidiscipline and multicultural global team.
5) Self-disciplined, Hardworking, and willing to learn and progress.
