Job Description & Required Skills

Primary Skills

• Strong handson experience as SAP HANA Database Administrator
• Expertise in SAP HANA architecture (Single Node & Distributed Systems)
• Experience in Installation, Configuration, and Administration of SAP HANA
• Proficiency in HANA Studio, HANA Cockpit, HDBSQL
• Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and system refresh
• Experience in performance monitoring and tuning
• Handson experience in user, role, and authorization management
• Knowledge of HANA revision upgrades and patching

Technical Exposure (Must Have)

• Experience working on S/4HANA or ECC on HANA
• Strong understanding of memory management, CPU usage, disk sizing
• Ability to troubleshoot system dumps, alerts, and performance issues
• Experience with Linux/Unix OS administration
• Knowledge of HA/DR (High Availability & Disaster Recovery)
• Exposure to SAP Basis integration with HANA
• Experience in system monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager preferred)

Good to Have

• SAP Basis experience along with HANA DBA
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure for HANA)
• Knowledge of security, encryption, and auditing in HANA
