Overview
Skalegrow is a full-stack B2B marketing agency that helps companies in the IT, tech, SaaS, robotics, and embedded systems industries grow with marketing.
This role will involve working across both static design and video content – creating high-quality visual assets and engaging videos for Skalegrow’s clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end creative execution, from conceptualization to final delivery, across both formats.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Design static and digital creatives such as social media posts, infographics, brochures, whitepapers, website banners, and ad creatives.
- Create illustrations, icons, and visual elements to support different types of content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Create and edit videos such as motion graphics videos, stock videos, talking head videos, and social media video content.
- Add animations, transitions, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with the content team to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals and videos.
- Coordinate with the client to understand their design and video requirements.
- Deliver all creatives within deadlines, adhering to project timelines and SLAs.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure outputs meet client expectations.
- Contribute to Skalegrow’s internal branding and marketing assets when required.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing/motion graphics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work (preferably B2B projects).
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging content across formats by understanding Skalegrow’s client requirements.
- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
