Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven, and performance-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence and growth of ATI Global and its multiple brands (including Madras Linen, Fabriana Italia, Poshaak, Expo properties, and future sub-brands).
This role is not just about posting content — it is about building a powerful digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and revenue across B2B and B2C segments globally.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (All Platforms)
• Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategy across:
• YouTube
• WhatsApp Business
• Pinterest (for fashion inspiration)
• Twitter/X (for industry positioning)
• Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with:
• Product launches
• Export focus countries (Sri Lanka, Dubai, USA, Europe)
• Government schemes & textile updates
• Trade fairs & exhibitions
• Seasonal collections (festive, summer linen, etc.)
• Ensure daily posting consistency:
• Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, Shorts
