Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Present company services (Accounting, Bookkeeping, ISO, etc.) to clients
- Follow up on proposals, leads, and ongoing projects
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide practical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Sales or consulting mindset with target-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
