Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, managing the inside sales process, converting prospects into clients, and mentoring a team of inside sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and coach the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and processes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails to qualify leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Monitor CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo) to track lead progress and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with leadership to align goals and report market trends or customer feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM software, and digital outreach tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
