Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai for Sales and Business Development (West) at LPES International, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting product training sessions. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive landscape.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients or internal teams about products and solutions.
- Proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in the infrastructure, industrial, or data center industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
