The Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can build and scale a qualified pipeline for both our product and AI services business.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue. You will design and execute systems that consistently generate high-intent B2B leads.
What You Will Own
1. Pipeline Creation (Core Focus) – Build a predictable pipeline for:
- B2B product adoption
- AI Automation & AI development services
- Design and execute:
- Outbound systems (LinkedIn, cold email, intent-based outreach)
- Inbound strategies (content, SEO, landing pages)
- Identify and unlock high-leverage distribution channels (founder-led growth, partnerships, communities)
2. Demand Generation & Positioning
- Craft clear narratives for:
- AI automation use cases
- ROI-driven service offerings
- Work closely with founders to translate capabilities into market-facing propositions
- Build assets: landing pages, case studies, outbound messaging frameworks
3. Experimentation Engine
Run rapid experiments across:
- Messaging
- Channels
- Target segments (ICP refinement)
- Build a structured loop: hypothesis → execution → measurement → scale
- Focus on pipeline quality, not just volume
4. Outbound & Growth Systems
- Build scalable outbound engines:
- Lead sourcing and enrichment
- Personalized outreach at scale
- Multi-touch sequences
- Work with the Automation team on tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat) to automate workflows
- Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools for:
- Personalization
- Content generation
- Outreach optimization
5. CRM & Pipeline Management ( Future Need)
Set up and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot / Salesforce or equivalent)
Define lead stages, scoring, and qualification criteria
Ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales
6. Analytics & Revenue Metrics. ( Future Need)
- Own and track:
- Pipeline generated
- Cost per qualified lead
- Conversion to meetings / deals
- Use tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to derive insights
- Continuously improve efficiency and ROI
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves
- 2 to 3 years in B2B growth, demand generation, or outbound marketing
- Proven experience building pipeline (not just running campaigns)
- Strong understanding of ICP definition and buyer personas
- Hands-on with outbound (LinkedIn, email, sequencing tools)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from scratch
Strong Plus
- Experience selling or marketing:
- AI products
- SaaS tools
- Tech / consulting services
- Familiarity with automation workflows and no-code tools
- Strong copywriting for outbound and landing pages
- Analytical mindset with comfort in metrics and reporting
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- A predictable, repeatable pipeline engine in place
- Clearly defined ICPs and high-performing messaging
- Consistent flow of qualified meetings for both product and services
- Identified 2–3 scalable acquisition channels

- This is a direct revenue-impact role focused on pipeline creation.
