Job Description:The desired candidate should have proven experience in RPA development with proficiency in one or more RPA tools Should work closely with analysts to understand and gather comprehensive requirements for automation projects Ability to convert gathered requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documents Should analyze existing processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose and implement automation solutions for optimization Preferred to conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions, troubleshooting, and debugging as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability Seamlessly integrate automation workflows with existing systems and applications Should assist in the deployment of automation solutions and provide support during the implementation phase Continuously refine and enhance existing processes for increased efficiency through automation Should keep abreast of the latest advancements in RPA technologies and incorporate relevant updates into workflows Provide ongoing technical support and address any issues that arise after the implementation of RPA solutions Good team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challenges Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
