Role Description:
Develop and maintain the BSI Customer Suite for CRM and Lead Routing
Contribute to back-end development processes
Build new product features, services, APIs and processes
Perform tests, troubleshoot software, and fix bugs
Collaborate with other departments on projects and sprints
Support Business in No-Code and Low-Code developments
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Designs, codes, tests (incl. test cases, and scripts for module/component tests), corrects,
documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations
Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
Executes the technical application support
Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment
Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement
adjustments
Trains other team members in case of new joiners / leavers

Good Experience in Databases DB2 and SQL Oracle-DB

Experience in financial sector or banking sector.

Previous Experience & Qualifications
Education/Qualification: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent or a related discipline;
or equivalent work experience
