Manager – Contracts, Infrastructure Projects (Mumbai, India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts (O&M, EPC, consultancy, tolling).
• Ensure alignment with concession agreements and government norms (NHAI/MoRTH).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, technical, ESG) for contractual alignment.
• Compliance & Risk Monitoring. Track SLA/KPI compliance and contract deviations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines including SEBI InvIT, MCA, etc.
• Dispute Resolution – Support claims, responses, and arbitration processes in collaboration with legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate records and report on contractual deliverables and performance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering from a reputed institution with 5 – 8 years of experience in infrastructure or highway/PPP projects

• Preferably certified by NICMAR or equivalent

• Strong understanding of Indian contract law and concession frameworks

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in documentation
