- Design and implement visually engaging store layouts and displays that align with seasonal collections and brand guidelines.
- Create window displays and in-store visual concepts that capture customer attention and reflect current fashion trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and store managers to ensure timely execution of visual plans and product availability.
- Maintain visual consistency across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and merchandising best practices.
- Monitor sales performance and foot traffic to assess the effectiveness of visual strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct regular audits of store environments to ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor visuals, and consumer behavior to inform innovative visual concepts.
- Manage and organize visual merchandising assets, including props, signage, and display materials, ensuring efficient inventory and reuse.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in visual merchandising within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative store displays, window designs, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, color theory, spatial design, and retail psychology.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple store locations simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
