Job Description:

Role Objective

To support business growth by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role will drive strategic HR initiatives including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations for the Pune location.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Support organizational development, workforce planning, and HR strategy execution.

Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement manpower planning aligned with the business plan.

  • Ensure hiring strategies meet workforce requirements and organizational structure.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive the performance management process and goal alignment.

  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and capability building.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations including employee lifecycle management and HR policies.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct attrition analysis and develop retention strategies.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, hiring efficiency, and employee productivity.

  • Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
