Job Description:

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Analyst (4–6 years) to help drive our AI-enabled go-to-market strategy for the Manufacturing practice (Energy, Automotive, Industrials,Chemicals etc.). This role sits at the intersection of consulting workflows, AI solution design, and commercialization.

You will work directly with senior business leaders to:

• Identify high-value use cases across research, market intelligence, commercial excellence, and strategy

• Translate them into repeatable AI-enabled solution “packages” (workflows, assets, demos, storyboards, ROI narrative)

• Build and improve agentic AI / GenAI workflows using a mix of low-code/no-code and light coding

• Support adoption internally (enablement) and externally (client conversations, demos, proposals). This is not a pure engineering role.

This is not a pure engineering role. You are expected to be a solution operator and product-thinking analyst—someone who can move from ambiguity to an executable GTM asset quickly.

What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months);

• Build a prioritized pipeline of AI-enabled Manufacturing GTM use cases with clear business value, buyer persona, and packaging plan

• Convert at least 3–5 existing traditional offerings into AI-elevated versions (agentic workflows + demonarrative + collateral)

• Stand up stable, reusable agent workflows/accelerators that can be repurposed across accounts

• Produce client-ready assets: one-pagers, POVs, demo scripts, sample outputs, and proposal modules

• Establish a lightweight governance approach to: quality, hallucination control, source traceability, and workflow reliability

Key Responsibilities

1) Manufacturing AI GTM & Use Case Ownership

• Partner with practice leaders to identify and shape high-value, sellable use cases (e.g., commercial excellence, CI, strategy radar, RFP enablement, competitor tracking, market landscaping).

• Convert ambiguous requirements into clear solution definitions: scope, inputs, outputs, workflow steps, assumptions, limitations, and value story.

• Build and maintain a use case backlog with prioritization criteria (market demand, effort-to-build,

differentiation, monetization potential).

2) AI Solution Design (Agentic + GenAI)

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool use, retrieval, structured output, validation loops)

• Decide when a problem needs:

a) Prompt + retrieval (GenAI),

b) multi-agent/tool orchestration (agentic), or

c) automation + templates (workflow-first).

• Translate existing consulting/research workflows into repeatable, scalable AI-assisted processes (not oneoff prompts).

3) Workflow Automation & Platforms

• Build automation using a mix of low-code/no-code tools and light coding where required (Python/JS basics for parsing, data shaping, QA checks).

• Work with structured outputs and integrations: JSON/CSV/Markdown/HTML, basic APIs, and connectors.

• Support deployment readiness: workflow documentation, versioning, prompts library, evaluation checklist, and maintenance playbooks.

4) Research & Intelligence Transformation

• Automate and improve research workflows such as:

a) Secondary research and synthesis

b) Competitive intelligence (profiles, moves tracking, event/conference notes structuring)

c) RFP intelligence / response acceleration

d) Market sizing inputs and structured dataset creation (where relevant)

• Ensure outputs are decision-grade: traceable, structured, and tailored to executive consumption (PPTready narratives, crisp insight hierarchy).

5) Quality, Reliability & Governance

• Implement guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability:

a) Source grounding, citation discipline, consistency checks, validation prompts, human-in-the-loopreview points

• Debug workflow failures and continuously improve response quality, speed, and cost.

6) Stakeholder Management & Enablement

• Act as a bridge between business leaders, consultants, analysts, and technical teams.

• Lead internal enablement: short trainings, “how-to” guides, prompt/workflow best practices, demo rehearsals.

• Drive execution independently—coordinate stakeholders, track actions, and close loops without needing continuous supervision.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3–6 years’ experience in market research / consulting / competitive intelligence / analytics, with strong problem structuring.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with GenAI tools and agentic workflows, including:

a) LLM prompting and prompt chaining

b) Retrieval-based research workflows (RAG-like patterns)

c) Multi-step automation and structured output generation

• Strong ability to work with structured formats (JSON/CSV) and convert messy inputs into usable outputs

• Comfort using a mix of low-code/no-code tools plus basic coding for workflow support (e.g., Python for parsing/cleaning; lightweight scripts)

• Strong written communication: ability to create GTM assets (one-pagers, POV notes, demo scripts, playbooks) that sound executive-ready.

• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive independently, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to manufacturing domains (Automotive, Industrials, batteries/energy, Tier-1/Tier-2 ecosystem).

• Familiarity with common AI workflow patterns: evaluators, tool calls, agents, retries, schema validation, grounding techniques.

• Experience in creating client-facing artifacts: sample outputs, dashboards, insight packs, battlecards, proposal modules.

• Prior experience with internal automation/knowledge platforms, data extraction pipelines, or research automation initiatives.

Tools & Working Knowledge (Indicative)

• LLM tools: ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and other enterprise-grade GenAI tools

• Workflow/automation: low-code/no-code orchestration tools; prompt libraries; evaluation templates

• Data handling: Excel/Sheets, CSV/JSON, basic Python for parsing/formatting, PDF extraction/OCR utilities

• Output formats: Markdown/HTML for structured rendering; PPT-friendly narrative structuring

Role Profile: What We’re Specifically Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who combines:

• Consulting-grade structuring

• Hands-on GenAI/agent workflow building

• GTM thinking and commercialization mindset

• High ownership and cross-functional coordination

You are not expected to be a full-stack developer. You are expected to be a builder-operator who can turn a use case into something we can confidently sell and deliver.
