Requirement 1: Technical Operations / Program Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations/Program Manager with a strong background in technology and IT delivery to lead delivery operations, define delivery processes, oversee PMO governance, and ensure project financial predictability across multiple project engagements.

The role requires a deep understanding of delivery execution, operational governance, and service contracts, along with the ability to design and institutionalize delivery processes, ensure scope, cost, schedule, and compliance control, and drive delivery excellence through automation, an AI-first approach, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Define, implement, and institutionalize delivery processes, PMO frameworks, SOPs, SLAs, and governance standards
  • Ensure consistent process compliance and execution discipline across all delivery teams and projects
  • Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to enable predictable planning and execution
  • Monitor and control project cost, revenue, margins, forecasting, and utilization
  • Identify delivery, operational, and commercial risks early and drive effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure delivery execution aligns with client contracts, SLAs, and internal compliance requirements
  • Manage scope control and change requests in coordination with business and delivery stakeholders
  • Plan and optimize resource allocation, capacity, and utilization across projects
  • Drive automation-first initiatives by leading teams to build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows for delivery and PMO operations
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Admin, and leadership teams to ensure operational alignment and timely reporting
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery, process, and operational issues across
  • Required Skills & Competencies

  • 12–15+ years of experience in IT delivery, technical operations, or program management roles
  • Strong understanding of IT delivery models, SDLC, and delivery governance
  • Proven experience in process framework creation, SOP definition, and PMO implementation
  • Hands-on experience managing delivery financials, cost, revenue, margins, and risk
  • Experience ensuring process, quality, and compliance readiness (CMMI / Quality / ISMS)
  • Ability to drive automation-led operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership, execution, ownership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
