We are currently looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport CSA & Ground Staff.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing excellent customer serviceCheck-in passengers and their luggage ensuring all necessary documents are in order
Board passengers onto the correct flight and assist with any special needs or requests
Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all airport regulations
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo.
Maintain a clean and organized work area always
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide support to the flight crew as needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry is an asset but not required
Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
