Guest Experience
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.
- Engage with guests to personalize experiences, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Assist in managing guest lists for special events, banquets, and private dining.
- Support outlet managers in daily operations and reporting.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with F&B staff to deliver seamless service across outlets.
- Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to enhance hospitality skills and brand knowledge.
Quality & Compliance
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
