Job Description:5-10 years of experience with warehousing & last-mile logistics D2C/Retail/FMCG brand operations experience Manage and optimise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets Develop and implement strategies to improve warehousing & last-mile logistics Manage sourcing & vendor development along with demand forecasting Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Lead and mentor the engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve organisational goal. Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field Proven experience in D2C/Retail/FMCG for warehousing & last-mile operations Strong knowledge of production processes and operational best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Proficiency in analysing operational data and implementing improvements Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards
