Job Description:Only Chemical Engineers with 20+ years of Site Operations exp. apply Only candidates who read/speak Gujarati & have setup a greenfiled project apply Oversee all manufacturing facilities and ensure operational efficiency. Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across units. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a new greenfield project, right from land procurement. Coordinate with consultants (, McDonald, Jacobs) for plant design and implementation. Manage environmental and pollution control clearances. Align operations with organizational goals to achieve the designated turnover next year and long-term targets of doubling the top line Introduce modern technologies and automation systems (, DCS hybrid systems). Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams for integrated business planning. Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations and projects. 20+ years in manufacturing operations within speciality chemicals, construction chemicals, or continuous chemical processes. Proven track record in Greenfield project execution and automation implementation. Exposure to sales or business leadership is desirable; at minimum, strong commercial acumen and customer orientation. Strong project management and operational excellence. Ability to engage with consultants and challenge designs. Leadership, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Gujarati language familiarity is a plus.
