Job Description:

VERTICAL FOCUS: Media & Entertainment (M&E) and QSR

THE MANDATE: You are the “Business Owner” for a high-value portfolio of partnerships. Your mission is to move Snap from a “secondary” ad platform to a “core” performance and branding channel for India’s biggest advertisers. You will lead consultative sales, using Snapchat’s unique Augmented Reality (AR) and Spotlight capabilities to solve complex business challenges for clients like streaming giants, movie studios, and national food chains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Strategy: Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets by securing new business and scaling existing partnerships.

Consultative Selling: Deliver strategic media solutions that utilize Snap’s full funnel—from AR Lenses for “try-on” experiences to Sponsored Snaps for direct conversions.

Senior Relationship Management: Build and maintain “top-to-top” relationships with C-suite executives at brands and leadership teams at major media agencies.

Insight-Driven Storytelling: Use internal data and market trends to create persuasive sales propositions that challenge traditional media thinking.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Creative Strategy, Product, and Sales Operations to ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI and brand safety.

Requirements

IDEAL PROFILE:

The Digital Expert: 5–10+ years in digital media sales or agency account management, with a deep understanding of biddable auctions and performance marketing.

Vertical Specialist: Proven track record in the M&E or QSR sectors is highly preferred.

AR Evangelist: A genuine passion for how Augmented Reality is changing consumer behavior and the ability to articulate that value to clients.

The “Hunter” Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying gaps in the market and winning over new advocates for the platform.
