The Roles – Senior Level Site Managers to lead projects, and Supervisors (2IC) required!
You should be fully aware of the role of a Site Manager and understanding the speed, quality & safety requirements of a fast paced yet complex project; given, you will have experience leading and delivering them, for some time.
We are seeking both Senior level Site Managers to run projects (over $20M) and Supervisors to work as the No2 under a Senior Site Manager, or to run smaller projects in the $5-$10M range.
If you do not fully understand the requirements of a Site Manager job or do not currently hold this job title, this role isn’t right for you.
The Company
Going through a growth phase, they employ multiple project teams and are adding an additional one or two teams, to support the increase in project opportunities being provided to them by their existing client base, in a very niche project space, in the market. Employing around 50 staff here in Melbourne they have offices up the Eastern Seaboard. They deliver some complex and challenging building projects from $5M – $30M
They deliver a variety of projects across all sectors, including:
- Healthcare
- Civic buildings
- Education
- Medical
- Science and Research
- Sports and recreation
