Job Description:
The Group Product Manager will lead and grow a high performing team of Product Managers across Audience Targeting, Measurement, Attribution, Reporting, and Rich UI/UX Dashboards within Media Collective. This role is responsible for setting the strategic vision across the measurement and reporting ecosystem while mentoring PMs, driving career development, fostering collaboration, and resolving cross team conflicts. The GPM will unify measurement science with intuitive dashboard experiences by partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and UX. This role ensures cohesive product execution, strong team alignment, and consistent delivery of scientifically rigorous, user centric reporting products for internal teams and CPG partners.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Drive the vision and execution for Audience Targeting and Advanced Measurement methodologies to drive demand and performance for the Collective.
- Create a strong team culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and consistent delivery; proactively manage conflicts and drive alignment across PMs, engineering, data science, analytics, and UX teams.
- Drive experimentation, testing, and data analysis to continuously improve platform effectiveness and user satisfaction. Monitor tool adoption and sentiment
- Coordinate with product and business teams in the US to drive execution. Represent the Measurement & Reporting portfolio with senior leadership, shaping roadmaps, articulating product narratives, and ensuring the team executes against high impact business priorities.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform and evolve the product strategy.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years managing and developing Product Managers or cross functional product teams.
- Proven track record of building high performance teams through coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and talent development.
- Experience leading product strategy for marketing data, campaign performance, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including working in a matrixed environment with global reporting
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Deep experience in audience targeting including ML-driven audience targeting, media measurement, experimentation, or analytics driven product ecosystems
- Strong understanding of retail and digital media ecosystem
- Experience with Clean-rooms and identity resolution.
