Desired Candidate Profile:
● Any Graduate in any specialization; a background in Psychology (Bachelor’s/Master’s) is preferred.
● 1–5 years of counseling experience, ideally in the Ed-Tech or career guidance domain.
● Fresher’s with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
● Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand student concerns, guide them responsibly, and maintain professionalism.
● Interest or basic experience in content creation, research, and participation in educational video
shoots. Responsibilities:
● Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students understand their admission options,
choice-filling strategies, and overall process for NEET UG, NEET PG, and B. Tech.
● Provide step-by-step support for form filling, documentation, and application-related requirements.
● Maintain consistent communication with students across multiple channels including face-to-face
counseling, online live sessions, email, and phone.
● Address queries promptly and ensure students receive timely and accurate information throughout
their counselling journey.
● Conduct informative webinars and sessions for students and parents to help them make better
career decisions.
● Collaborate with the content team by supporting research, script development, and idea inputs for
educational content.
● Participate in shoots for informative videos and contribute to creating accurate and student-
friendly content.
