Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic L1 Network Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Video Conferencing (Cisco Webex) and basic networking knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support, monitoring, and troubleshooting VC infrastructure and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for Cisco Webex and video conferencing systems
• Monitor VC infrastructure and ensure smooth meeting operations
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to audio/video, connectivity, and endpoints
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues and escalations
• Perform routine health checks and system monitoring
• Assist users in scheduling and managing Webex meetings
• Maintain incident logs and update tickets in ITSM tools
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and response timelines

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex (Meetings, Calling, Devices)
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Understanding of VPN, firewall basics, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Good communication and user-handling skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other VC tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
• Basic knowledge of Cisco networking devices (routers/switches)
• ITIL foundation knowledge

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, Webex) will be an advantage
