Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive specialising in the HORECA sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the HORECA industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the HORECA market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead generation through cold calling

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target the HORECA sector and achieve sales objectives.

Identify and prioritize key accounts within the HORECA, and establish relationships with decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings that meet the specific needs of HORECA clients.

Lead the development and execution of sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and contract signing.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Proven track record of success in business development or sales management role within the HORECA sector.

Deep understanding of the HORECA market, including industry trends, key players, and customer needs.

Strong network of contacts within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel.
