About the role
Theatre Professionals Education (TPEd) and Theatreशाला are being re-engineered as a major force in arts-integrated education in India. Backed by over a decade of work, strong intellectual property, and a network of 50+ specialist trainers, this is an opportunity to build from an existing foundation—not from scratch.
We are looking for a Co-Founder (starting as Consultant) who will take ownership of strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and execution—shaping the next phase of growth.
What you will drive
You will lead the full lifecycle of the initiative—strategy, build, and scale. This includes shaping the roadmap, securing funding, building partnerships with schools and institutions, and developing curriculum that integrates theatre into learning environments.
You will also build and lead a team, steward governance, and act as a public-facing advocate for arts in education.
Who this is for

Fluency in Marathi is a plus.
Structure of the opportunity
The role begins with a 6-month consultancy phase focused on feasibility, strategy, and proposal development.
On successful completion, this transitions into a full-time Co-Founder position, with shared ownership and leadership responsibilities.
