SAP EAM Consultant

Job Description:

Experience: 7+years

Location – Pan India

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. 7+ years of SAP experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance.
2. Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA EAM configuration (maintenance orders, task lists, notifications, scheduling).
3. Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management in asset-intensive industries.
4. Integration experience with FI-AA (Asset Accounting), MM (materials), and PS (projects).
5. Experience in RISE with SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield).

Good to have:

1. Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), AIN (Asset Intelligence Network), and PdMS (Predictive Maintenance & Service).
2. Experience with mobile solutions (SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager) for field maintenance.
3. Knowledge of Linear Asset Management (LAM) and GIS integration.
4. Familiarity with Asset Master Data Governance (MDG-EAM).
5. Strong stakeholder engagement and presales experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Public Sector projects.
