Lead Generation Executive

Location: Kolkata

Mode: Work from Office

Lead Generation & Institutional Outreach:

• Generate leads from medical colleges across India through structured outreach
• Identify and connect with student bodies, college ambassadors, and institutional authorities
• Research and identify new medical institutions for collaboration and outreach
• Build and maintain a strong institutional network

Lead Conversion & Student Onboarding:

• Convert institutional and student leads into active registrations
• Coordinate demos, presentations, follow-ups, and closures with student representatives
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained student engagement

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Lead Generation is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across colleges
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up and closure abilities
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus
