Design Analyst – Research (B.Arch)

The Design Analyst – Research role sits at the intersection of architecture, market research, and data analysis. In this role, you will analyse residential projects, generate market insights, and support the advisory team with research-backed intelligence that helps customers make better decisions. You will work closely with our Research, Advisory, and Product teams to ensure that the information shared with homebuyers is accurate, insightful, and trustworthy.
What You’ll Do
• Research residential projects and track developments in the real estate market
• Maintain and update project data, insights, and market intelligence across internal tools and platforms
• Create research reports such as POM (Peace of Mind) reports and market pulse insights
• Analyse floor plans, layouts, and project features to support customer advisory
• Build and validate financial comparisons, pricing insights, and ROI scenarios for projects
• Review and validate AI-generated insights and data for accuracy and reliability
• Contribute to blogs, project insights, and knowledge resources on the Propsoch platform

Preferred Background
• B.Arch degree from a recognised institution
• 0–2 years of experience in architecture, real estate research, design analytics, or market research, Hospitality, Client-facing roles
• Strong understanding of residential planning, layouts, and design principles
• Comfortable working with datasets, reports, and analytical tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex insights into simple information
