Media Buyer – US Lead Generation Campaigns
Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with proven experience managing US-focused lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in scaling paid traffic campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining strong CPL and ROI targets.
This role requires deep expertise in audience targeting, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and budget scaling for US markets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage paid lead generation campaigns targeting US audiences.
Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (cold, warm, retargeting).
Identify and test new traffic sources and creative angles.
Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
Media Buying & Optimization
Manage campaigns across platforms such as:
Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
TikTok Ads
Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
Perform daily performance monitoring and optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
Analyze data to improve conversion rates and reduce CPA/CPL.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV.
Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and scaling recommendations.
Identify trends and opportunities within US markets.
