Job Title: Accountant Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to oversee invoicing, collections, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals along with hands-on experience in Tally and taxation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and record sales invoices in Tally ERP.
- Maintain and monitor Accounts Receivable records and customer ledgers.
- Conduct regular debtor reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, LUT, etc.).
- Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Generate AR ageing reports and assist in cash flow planning.
- Support internal and statutory audit processes.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Strong understanding of TDS and GST compliance
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience in preparing export documentation
- Strong expertise in debtor reconciliation
- Knowledge of cash flow management
