Amphenol FCI India Private Limited, (FCI OEN Connectors) is a leading manufacturer of high-reliability electronic connectors and cable assembly solutions, with a workforce of over 3,500 employees at its Kochi, Kerala facility.
AMPHENOL FCI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Amphenol Power BU), is looking for an experienced Director – Quality Assurance to lead and strengthen our quality systems at our Cochin, Kerala facility.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end quality strategy, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in a high-performance manufacturing environment serving global customers.

✔ Robust Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) deployment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Quality function across the organization
- Drive quality assurance systems for incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Lead customer quality management, audits, and complaint resolution
- Implement initiatives to reduce rejections, rework, scrap, and warranty claims
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and environmental standards
- Promote data-driven continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 18+ years of experience in Quality leadership within EMS /Automotive/ Electro-Mechanical manufacturing
- Strong expertise in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA / PFMEA
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, RBA, VDA 6.3 standards
- Proven experience managing global customer quality requirements
