Sr Executive Unicommerce & SAP

About the Role: This role will be responsible to manage, optimize, and ensure seamless integration and operations of the Unicommerce eSolutions platform with SAP SE Business One (B1), enabling efficient order processing, inventory accuracy, financial reconciliation, and operational scalability across all D2C channels and marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Unicommerce Operations & Management:
• Manage end-to-end Unicommerce OMS, WMS, and channel integrations (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Ensure accurate order flow, inventory sync, and fulfilment tracking across all sales channels
• Configure warehouses, inventory rules, order routing, and shipping workflows
• Monitor order exceptions, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams for smooth operations

• SAP Business One + HANA Management:
• Manage and support SAP B1 modules including Inventory, Sales, Finance, and Procurement
• Ensure seamless order, inventory, and financial data flow between Unicommerce and SAP B1
• Handle item masters, pricing, batch tracking, and stock reconciliation
• Support finance team in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure ERP data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance

• System Integration & Automation:
• Manage integration between Unicommerce, SAP B1, website, marketplaces, and logistics partners
• Coordinate with integration partners, developers, and vendors for troubleshooting and improvements
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Support implementation of new channels, warehouses, or business units

• Reporting & Controls:
• Generate and analyse operational reports on orders, inventory, fulfilment, and reconciliation
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and resolve root causes
• Support management with dashboards and operational insights
• Ensure proper documentation of workflows and system processes

• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and E-Commerce teams
• Provide user training and system support to internal stakeholders
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Qualifications: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce + SAP B1 certification preferred.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years exp in D2C, E-Commerce, Retail, Nutraceutical, FMCG, or Consumer Brands
• Strong hands-on experience in Unicommerce OMS / WMS
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (HANA preferred)
• Experience in ERP-OMS integration
