Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at our Kalamassery, Kochi campus. The role involves creating and managing online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and lead generation. Responsibilities include handling social media marketing, overseeing website content, analyzing web traffic using analytics tools, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s digital marketing strategy. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan and execute ad campaigns while handling graphical and video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should balance data-driven marketing with strong visual creativity.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Create and manage ad creatives, including posters, banners, and short videos
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, and promotional creatives
• Edit videos for ads, reels, and promotional content
• Monitor campaign performance and generate basic performance reports
• Coordinate with the content and sales team to align campaigns with business goals
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of poster design and visual branding
• Video editing skills (short-form videos, reels, ad creatives)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Basic understanding of analytics, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and engagement metrics
• Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
• Experience in handling multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or technology sector, is a plus
