About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Full-Time Remote) to own acquisition end to end. This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling both paid growth channels in a lean, fast-moving environment.

You’ll be responsible for executing across channels, owning performance, and continuously improving results through testing, iteration, and strong fundamentals. You’ll work directly with the founder and operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Own acquisition performance end to end across paid and organic channels
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search and YouTube), and TikTok
  • Manage and grow organic social channels with a clear focus on performance and consistency
  • Handle campaign setup, budgets, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Own the creative process end to end: sourcing from internal libraries, identifying gaps, leveraging stock, and building a strong creative pipeline
  • Write clear, performance-driven briefs and ad copy, and work closely with editors to bring concepts to life
  • Drive rapid creative testing aligned with platform algorithms to identify and scale winning concepts
  • Build a strong test → measure → learn loop across channels
  • Pull and analyze data from tools like GA and Search Console to understand user behavior and improve performance
  • Own tracking and measurement: ensure pixels, conversion tracking, and event flows are always accurate and functioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues proactively
  • Manage budgets with a clear focus on efficiency and contribution to P&L
  • Work directly with the founder to align on priorities, performance, and growth strategy
  • Stay current with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Who You Are

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with ownership of acquisition. Must have eCommerce experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok; Amazon experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to scale acquisition while maintaining CAC targets
  • Strong creative instinct with a clear understanding of what drives performance across formats and channels
  • Experienced in building and managing high-volume creative testing workflows
  • Comfortable owning the full creative cycle, from ideation and briefing to execution and in-platform testing
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (GA, Search Console) and how to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable owning tracking setup and troubleshooting (pixels, events, attribution flows)
  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean environment with minimal oversight
  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and highly accountable
  • Motivated by ownership, impact, and building something from the ground up
