About the Role

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Manager with strong experience in accounts payable and reconciliation processes.

You’ll help us map and structure real-world finance workflows across systems and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Break down invoice processing and reconciliation workflows end-to-end
• Work across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and email communication
• Define how discrepancies are identified and resolved
• Map approval flows and internal coordination processes
• Identify edge cases and common failure scenarios

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8+ years in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Accounting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of reconciliation and audit processes
• Detail-oriented with strong process thinking
• Ability to clearly explain workflows and decision logic

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-volume or fast-scaling environments
• Exposure to automation or process optimization initiatives
