Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Support the implementation of network security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to design and deploy network solutions.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.
• Participate in network-related projects and initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCST, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• 1-3 years of IT experience.
• Comfortable in speaking and writing in English primarily.
