Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager who can lead and manage a team of developers while actively contributing to complex reporting solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle ecosystems and the ability to own end-to-end BI reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers with a hands-on approach
- Design, build, and maintain complex cross-functional BI reports
- Work extensively with BI Publisher for report development
- Optimize report performance and ensure scalability
- Provide accurate effort estimates and delivery timelines
- Bring reporting capabilities in-house to reduce reliance on external consultants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, HCM, and ERP domains
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle OneWorld
- Expertise in Oracle Applications (HCM, EBS, Financials)
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher
- Proven experience in BI reporting and performance optimization
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage delivery while being technically involved
Good to Have
- Experience in enterprise reporting transformations
- Exposure to in-house capability building initiatives
- Agile / Hybrid delivery experience
