Expert Eats Hub is a growing cloud kitchen focused on delivering high-quality, consistent, and delicious food. We are looking for a skilled and efficient Chef who can manage kitchen operations and maintain top food standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Ensure high-quality food production at all times

2. Kitchen Operations

• Manage day-to-day kitchen activities
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage

3. Menu Execution & Innovation

• Assist in menu planning and development
• Suggest new dishes and improvements
• Maintain recipe documentation and SOPs

4. Inventory & Procurement

• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Reduce food cost through efficient usage

5. Order Management

• Handle high-volume online orders (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth workflow

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a Chef in cloud kitchen / restaurant / QSR
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Team player with good time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud kitchens or multi-cuisine setups
• Culinary diploma or hotel management background
