Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Zoho Books
• GST filing coordination (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation)
• Sales & purchase invoice management
• Vendor payment scheduling & tracking
• Expense tracking & cost sheet preparation
• Bank reconciliation & ledger management
• Assist in finalization with CA
Administrative Work
• Handling office documentation & compliance
• Managing import documentation (if required)
• Coordinating with courier partners (FedEx, Blue Dart etc.)
• Maintaining employee records & salary processing support
• CRM coordination for billing & payment follow-ups
• Maintaining stock inward/outward records

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of GST & Indian taxation
• Experience in Zoho Books / Tally / Accounting software
• Strong Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot, Basic Reporting)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Organized & detail-oriented

• Experience in trading/import-based company
• Knowledge of IGST, CGST, SGST adjustments
• Understanding of inventory accounting
