Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, posting, engagement, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels)
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and basic creatives (using tools like Canva)
• Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams for campaigns and launches
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers
• Execute paid social media campaigns (basic level – Meta Ads preferred)
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads)
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and platform algorithm changes
• Handle influencer coordination (if required)
• Ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics
• Good written communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & branding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Experience in paid ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Basic video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts)
• Experience with influencer marketing
• Industry experience (e.g., Lighting / FMCG / Real Estate / B2B)
