About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience in the advertising, marketing, or media industry to join our growing creative team. This is a hybrid role suited for Mumbai-based candidates who thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining strong independent ownership of their work.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual thinker who combines creativity with execution, communicates ideas clearly, and actively contributes to elevating design output across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging creatives for interactive concepts, digital campaigns, marketing assets, and brand communication
  • Translate creative concepts into polished, high-quality visual outputs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in both remote and in-person settings
  • Contribute design ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions
  • Maintain visual consistency, quality, and innovation across deliverables
  • Support motion and visual storytelling requirements when needed

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Figma, and Canva
  • Good visual understanding of animation and motion principles
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and the ability to use them to enhance workflow and ideation
  • Strong visualisation and creative thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Exposure to motion graphics or animation workflows
  • Background or interest in interactive advertising
